My two year old loves these books and the music that comes with them. She's enjoyed the books for well over a year now and still picks them frequently. Now that she's familiar with the accompanying music on the CD, she usually wants us to "sing" as we read. It really is a nice collection with fun, simple, bright and bold illustrations. love the pix and the songs were fun. Some in the 2nd and 3rd book weren't as familiar. We were a little surprised with the accent in the singing. Just didn't expect it.
This is a great collection of classic english children's songs. I cannot speak to the CD as I have not used it yet, but even if it is no good the books are pretty & perfect for singing through with your children,
I liked this book. It has song that I can sing with my son. He also likes hearing the music and looking at the bright colors.
This was for a delighted new mum who wanted some nursery rhymes to teach to her child.
